In the rapidly evolving world of AI-driven workplace tools, establishing trust, usability, and a seamless user experience is essential for adoption and long-term growth. Our client, Demi, presented us with the exciting challenge of designing and developing a modern website that not only reflects their brand identity but also integrates directly with their AI product experience.

The objective was to build a platform where Demi’s AI model feels naturally embedded within the website, not as a disconnected external tool, while ensuring a smooth onboarding journey, secure account management, and a scalable infrastructure for paid subscriptions.

The Challenge

Demi set out to build a next-generation AI assistant designed to support managers and teams with real workplace situations. While the AI foundation was strong, the success of the product depended heavily on how users experience it, from the first website visit to becoming an active subscriber.

The key challenge was to create a website experience that feels polished and organic, while also acting as a fully functioning product interface. This required a careful balance between branding, usability, and performance, while ensuring that sensitive user and company data remains protected through secure access controls.

In addition, Demi needed a subscription-ready platform that allows users to sign up, manage access, and complete payments with confidence. The website wasn’t just a marketing page, it needed to be a secure and scalable product environment built for growth.

The Solution

Our team approached Demi as both a brand experience and an AI-powered software platform.

We began by working within Demi’s existing branding and design direction, translating it into a modern, clean, and trustworthy user interface. The goal was to reinforce credibility immediately, critical for any AI tool operating in workplace and HR-related contexts.

With the design system in place, we shifted into full platform development. A core focus was making the AI experience feel native to the website. Instead of redirecting users to external services or tools, we designed and developed a seamless frontend where Demi’s AI model is integrated organically, providing users with a smooth and intuitive interaction flow.

To support scalability and privacy, we implemented a secure user architecture with company-level environments, ensuring that each user only has access to their own relevant information. This included structured permission controls and isolated user/company workspaces, a critical requirement for platforms handling private workplace conversations and sensitive data.

To enable monetization and long-term growth, we integrated Stripe payments directly into the platform. This made Demi not only functional as an AI product, but also commercially ready, with subscription workflows built directly into the website.

From a performance standpoint, we ensured the platform remained fast, responsive, and easy to use across devices. The website was treated as a living product, built for iteration, continuous improvement, and expansion as Demi’s AI capabilities grow.

The Conclusion

The combination of thoughtful UI design, secure architecture, and seamless AI integration resulted in a platform that truly represents what Demi is: an AI-powered workplace assistant that feels modern, safe, and easy to use.

By building a website that doubles as a functional AI product frontend, complete with secure user/company environments and Stripe-based subscription payments, Demi is now positioned with a strong foundation for scale, user adoption, and long-term growth.

This project highlights our ability to deliver not just attractive websites, but real product-ready experiences, blending branding, usability, and advanced functionality into a cohesive AI-driven platform.
